Naturopathic nutrition looks at the person as a whole and not at individual body systems.

I help to support health and wellness taking into account any medical issues currently being faced.

With this in mind, a detailed plan is put together, helping you find better health and wellness through food and supplementation.

Consultations

Consultations can either take place via zoom or as a 1 to 1 at my practice near Geroskipou.

Initial consultation

These take between 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins and look into the symptoms you would like to support. After the consultation, a health plan and any suggested supplements will be sent.

Follow up consultations

These take approximately 30min to see how the initial health plan has supported your symptoms and if any tweaks or changes are needed.

About Me

My name is Rowena and I trained as a Naturopathic Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. After many years of ill health through endocrine and autoimmune issues, I improved my health by changing my diet and lifestyle.

Through this, I decided to learn more and started a 3 year diploma in Nutritional Therapy, graduating in 2021.

I am passionate about food and the science that micronutrients play in health. I also feel that it is important to find a sustainable way of eating for great health. I am accredited to the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Council of Naturopaths in the UK. I therefore follow their strict codes when planning a health and wellness protocol.

Initial consultation (1hr 15mins to 1hr 30mins): 60 euros

Follow up consultations (30mins): 30 euros
